Refunds
If Burrow isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying. No questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the refund link in your Polar receipt email, or
- email support@tryburrow.app from the address you bought with, or tell us your order number.
That's all. You don't need to give a reason. Polar, our merchant of record, sends the money back to the way you paid; how soon it shows up is up to your bank.
After a refund
The license stops working. Burrow notices the next time it checks the license online, and asks for a license again. Your folders, sidebar and settings are kept.
After 14 days
The 14-day free trial lets you try everything before you buy, so refunds after 14 days are up to us. If something is wrong, email us anyway. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
